Christmas Outreach: Spreading Love, Health & Joy in the Community
In December, Havilah Shelters hosted a heartwarming Christmas Outreach dedicated to bringing smiles, support, and health services to underserved families in our community.
🎅 Christmas Santa for Kids:
The day was filled with joy and laughter as children received surprise visits from “Santa Claus,” complete with special Christmas gift packs. This moment of celebration created unforgettable memories for many children who might not have experienced the joy of Christmas otherwise.
🍱 Food Distribution for Families:
Understanding the burden of rising food insecurity, especially during the holidays, we distributed essential food items to women and men across the community. Our food packs were carefully curated to support families in need, ensuring they could share warm, nourishing meals with their loved ones.
🩺 Medical Outreach:
As part of our ongoing commitment to community health, we also conducted a free medical outreach. Community members received health check-ups, consultations, and basic medications—especially for women and the elderly—ensuring they step into the new year with better health and renewed hope.
